ZIRCAR Refractory Sheet Type
RSLE-501은 실리카 메트릭스로
강화된 저팽창, 고장력 실린더형 제품으로,
높은 장력과 내구성을 요하는 장비들의
단열재로 사용 가능하며, 열팽창계수가
매우 낮고, 고온 장력이 좋기 때문에
다른 세라믹제품보다 열충격에 강합니다.
RSLE- 501은
열팽창 계수가 0.3 x 10-6 °C로
매우 낮아 1200°C (2192°F)의
산화 분위기나, 온도가 급변하는 상태에서도
열충격에 매우 강하고, 1200°C (2192°F)
이상이 되면 수정질 구조로 바뀌지만,
온도가 급락하지만 않는다면 그 특성은
1650°C (3002°F)까지
유지됩니다. 사용온도 이상이 되면
표면에서 윤기가 납니다.
RSLE-501은 용해
알루미늄과 접했을 때 젖지 않는 성질이
있어서, 용해 알루미늄과 접하는 다양한
장비들에 매우 유용합니다.
100% 무기질
이고, 내화 세라믹 섬유를 함유하고
있지 않아 일반적인 공구로도 쉽게
정교한 가공을 할 수 있습니다. |
